  1. The student is obliged to write his personal data correctly in the registeration form, and he is responsible of any of his mistakes afetr certificate verification by competent authorities.
  2. The student can get his ID card only after fulfilling registeration process and paying his fees.
  3. The student has the right of applying for converting his department and field before getting his ID card without paying converting fees, and if he wants to to convert after getting ID card he must pay the fees.
  4. The university is registerd in the United Stated of America in Delaware State. The university is not affiliated to higher education, but it's affiliated to open education and distance education.
  5. Available verifications are on the original certificate as following: verification and seal of public notary of the state and the Department of State. The university is not responsible of verification in the country of the student duo to the variance laws of equalizing certificates from one country to another.

  7. The student is not restricted to the time line of studying level, and he can shorten the time after studying and completing the level's subjects and finishing the exams.
  8. The university's system doesn't allow refund after registeration and getting ID number.
  9. The only way to communicate with the student is by official emials of the university and the email that student had input in the registeration form, and any agreement is not via official emails is not valued.
  10. The student can demand a new certificate if his old one has gone astray (extra fees will be added).
  11. The university is responsible of any mistake that caused by it's side.
  12. The university is responsible of any expenses about sending original certificates, learning materials and documetations from the United States of America to the student's country.
  13. The student is considered that he has agreed this laws and regulations as soon as he fills the registeration form and signs up.
